CONS
You Know the End
Archetypes of Evil Executives & Sheister Lawyers

Final Analysis: Greg Kinnear is a dependable and affable actor. It is hard not to empathize with a character he plays. One of the things I enjoyed about this movie was the decay of his family life under the weight of his obsession to get the credit for his invention. I think, much like the movie “Into the Wild”, I felt that the heroes in this movie were not the main character. Maybe not the filmmakers intentions, but I felt his family that continued to love him despite being relegated to a lower priority in his life were the heroes here and not Kinnear’s character. A selfish character will to sacrifice all that is truly important to preserve your legacy and ego is not fortitude but a passionate unhealthy obsession.

AN OKAY RENTAL.
